Swindon & Wiltshire Pride 2021

Wiltshire's BIGGEST LGBTQ+ festival; returns for its 12th year on 7th August 2021! Celebrating diversity in Swindon & Wiltshire.
Our last Pride in 2019 saw 10,000 people attend throughout the day, this year we'll be adding some extra areas. Find out all important info about Swindon & Wiltshire Pride below.
Date & Time
Parade starts 11:15am with the park opening at midday, Pride will finish at 10:20pm
Admission
FREE! But if you are able to please donate anthing you can to help us keep Pride free for all.

Each year Swindon & Wiltshire Pride offers visitors a whole range of activities and entertainment.

Location
Swindon Town Gardens, SN1 4EP. Located between Bath Road and Westlecot Road.
The Town Gardens is roughly a 30 minute walk from Swindon Train Station.
Taxis will be available from Swindon Station and buses run frequently from Fleming Way (numbers 22 & 25) and the Bus Station (9, 11 and 12).

Parade
The Parade in 2019 saw record numbers attend, 700 of you came along to show your support for the LGBTQ+ community. The Parade marks the start of our event, makes its way through Old town and finishes at our community stage ready to start pride!

Official After Party
18+ after party at Level 3 Swindon. Buy your tickets in advance to avoid disapointment. LIMITED CAPACITY.

Accessibility-The night club has stairs throughout, and no dedicated accessible toilet.

Accessibility
The park is fully accessible with ramping to all areas. Some areas are grass so therefore may be cumbersome in rain. Some areas can be uneven and due caution should be used. Parking zones along Quarry Road will be coned-off for disabled parking.

Alcohol Policy
We have bars onsite which are run by Pride, which means 100% of the profits help us keep the event FREE.
There is an option to bring a limited amount of your own alcohol to the event. Please review out Alcohol Policy as searches will be carried out on entry to the park.

Food
We have a variety of fabulous food outlets on site but if you would really like to carry your own picnic with you then please do. To keep the event clean, tidy and enjoyable for everyone, please use the general waste and recycling bins provided on site.
Remember any wines / beers etc in a picnic will fall under our alcohol policy. (Did we mention we have a bar as well?)
Is The Event Suitable For Children?
Pride is inclusive of all. Children are welcome, especially with accompanying adults.

Parking
There is NO on-site parking. Limited disabled parking will be on Quarry Road within a coned-off area.
Nearby public car parks can be found in Old Town, Regent Circus & Town Center.
